Starting out as a framing contractor over 20 years ago in Oregon, Tim Fritsch added design and fine finishing services for his clients, completing the design and reconstruction of several guest houses and a market garden barn on the 220 acre King Estate Winery. He moved his young family to the franklin area in 2005, and it wasn’t long before Fritsch Design Build was incorporated in TN, and setting to work on a 2500 sq ft. addition and renovation of a well known historic residence on Franklin Rd. (Truitt House project).

Since then He has built projects ranging from a 10,000 sq ft residence to a 96 sq ft premium playhouse, donated to the special needs-serving Tuckers House, a non-profit organization. With design handled in house from start to finish, there is time to ensure that every space is practical, tasteful and never regretted.
